The invention discloses a multi-region heating electric ceramic plate with an electronic temperature measuring function. The multi-region heating electric ceramic plate comprises a heating disc bottom shell and multiple groups of heating wires. An insulating and thermal-insulation layer is arranged on the heating disc bottom shell, and the heating wires are distributed on the insulating and thermal-insulation layer in a concentric annulus shape and correspond to different heating regions. An electronic temperature measuring probe is arranged at the circle center surrounded by the heating wires. The multi-region heating electric ceramic plate further comprises a control circuit board which is connected with a working circuit of the electronic temperature measuring probe and the heating wires. According to the electric ceramic plate, the electronic temperature measuring probe is arranged so that temperature measuring and value obtaining can be performed continuously, the temperature of a stove plate can be monitored, and the acting temperature point of the stove plate can be changed arbitrarily under the cooperation with the control circuit board; meanwhile, the multiple groups of heating wires are arranged and correspond to different heating regions so that the heating area can be selected to enable the electric ceramic plate to be applicable to heating of cookers of different sizes, and the practicality is high; besides, the electric ceramic plate has the advantages of energy consumption reduction and energy conservation.
