Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an adjustment structure with a multi-layer sleeve. The adjustment structure with the multi-layer sleeve comprises a valve body (1). The multi-layer sleeve (4) is mounted on a valve seat (6) in the valve body (1). The adjustment structure with the multi-layer sleeve is characterized in that the multi-layer sleeve (4) is composed of at least two layers of ferrules, a plurality of through holes are formed in each layer of ferrule, and an annular medium passageway is formed between every two adjacent layers of ferrules; at least one annular partition board is fixedly mounted in each medium passageway, so that the medium passageway is divided in the vertical direction. It is proved through the trail that by the adoption of the novel adjustment valve with the partition board type multi-layer sleeve, the problems that when a multi-layer sleeve in the prior art is used under a small-opening-degree working condition, the flow velocity in the sleeve is too high, and consequentially the interior of the sleeve is severely eroded and noise is high can be effectively solved, and thus the service life of the adjustment valve is prolonged. |
