Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electric motorcycle external rotor motor biconical friction transmission self-adaptive automatic speed-changing drive assembly, which comprises an external rotor driving motor, a box body and a transmission shaft, and also comprises a slow-gear transmission mechanism and a mechanically intellectualized self-adaptive speed changing assembly set on the transmission shaft; a friction surface of a driving friction disc and a friction surface of a driven friction disc of the mechanical intellectualized self-adaptive speed changing assembly are transmitted by utilizing biconical surface friction; the friction discs are adopted to form a structure with separative combination, thus the drive assembly provided herein has the advantages of flexible response and the size in the axial direction is small; at the same time, a structure of mutually meshed circle-shaped projection and circle-shaped recess of the friction surfaces with radial cross sections shaped as stairs is adopted to form a biconical surface, thus the joint of the friction surfaces are dispersed; not only the driving friction disc and the driven friction disc are ensured to be located at the same shaft, but also the friction surfaces are increased; good transmission is ensured to be maintained under the condition of limited elastic force; the flexibility of joint and separation is improved; the transmission accuracy is enhanced; and the drive assembly provided herein is suitable for the electric motorcycle field. |
