Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sealing agent for thermal permeation for mechanically zinc-plated iron-steel parts, and an application, and belongs to the technical field of surface chemical heat treatment and plating for iron-steel materials. The sealing agent for thermal permeation for the mechanically zinc-plated iron-steel parts disclosed by the invention is composed of 40-70% of zircon powder, 5-10% of zinc oxide, 10-30% of emery powder, 5-15% of ground phosphate rock and 10-15% of quartz sand. The sealing agent disclosed by the invention is used for filling and sealing for the surface plated layers of the mechanically zinc-plated iron-steel parts during thermal permeation in a sealed container, each of the iron-steel parts needs to be completely isolated by using the sealing agent disclosed by the invention, and the sealing agent can be repeatedly used for many times. By using the sealing agent disclosed by the invention, zinc-permeated layers with uniform thicknesses can be obtained on the surfaces of the iron-steel parts after the thermal permeation treatment for the mechanically zinc-plated iron-steel parts in the sealed container, and moreover, the rate of finished products is high, and the zinc permeation speed is fast.
