Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a new crcumin derivative fluorescent molecular probe. The probe is with a general formula in the following structure as shown in the description, wherein R can be hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, methoxyl, ethoxyl, nitroglycerine, or an alkyl chain with 1-3 carbon atoms. The invention also discloses an application of the new crcumin derivative fluorescent molecular probe in the field of pH-responsive fluorescence detection, wherein a fluorescence response region is a acidic-to-neutral pH condition, and a range of a pH value is 2-8. Compared with an existing traditional curcumin molecular probe, the fluorescent molecular probe provided by the invention is free of effects of a intramolecular hydrogen bond and metal chelating effects, and fluorescence enhancement is improved exponentially. |
