Environment-friendly flame-retardant carbon fiber reinforced polyamide composite and preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to the field of modified polymer materials, and discloses an environment-friendly flame-retardant carbon fiber reinforced polyamide composite and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite comprises, by mass, 7.7%-70.7% of polyamide, 15%-55% of carbon fibers, 10%-25% of polyvinylidene fluoride, 4%-15% of composite flame retardants, 0.2%-1% of dispersing agents and 0.1%-0.3% of other additives. Due to the fact that the polyvinylidene fluoride with high molecular weight has good compatibility with the polyamide materials, a large network structure can be formed in polymer base materials, and the composite has certain flame-retardant performance; an adequate amount of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardants is added, and the material can reach a higher environment-friendly flame-retardant level. According to the environment-friendly flame-retardant carbon fiber reinforced polyamide composite, the polyvinylidene fluoride is added, and use amount of the flame retardants is greatly decreased, so that the best mechanical properties of the carbon fiber reinforced polyamide composite are achieved, the material density is decreased simultaneously, and the flame-retardant performance of the material is improved.
