Extraction and separation method for echinacoside and verbascoside in cistanche

The present invention relates to an extraction and separation method for echinacoside and verbascoside in cistanche. The method comprises the following steps: dicing the cistanche and drying the cistanche; adding 75% ethanol into a multi-functional ultrasonic extraction tank to extract for three times; combining extraction liquid and concentrating the extraction liquid until no ethanol exists; filtering and clarifying the extraction liquid and the concentration liquid of the cistanche by using ultrafiltration equipment; performing absorption on the liquid by using a macroporous resin column; firstly washing the liquid with water until the liquid is colorless, then eluting the liquid by using ethanol with certain concentration; collecting an elution solution that contains the echinacoside and the verbascoside; concentrating the elution solution by using an outer circulating vaccum concentrator; carrying out spray-drying on the concentration liquid to obtain the cistanche extract; and carrying out efficient liquid-phase tracing detection on the cistanche extract, wherein the echinacoside accounts for greater than or equal to 25%, and the verbascoside accounts for greater than or equal to 10%. The total content of phenylethanoid glycosides is greater than or equal to 80%, and the yield is 20%.
