Demoulding method of large-sized explosive part

The invention discloses a reliable demoulding method of a large-sized explosive part. According to the demoulding method, a method in which a layer of isolating membrane is produced is adopted to achieve reliable demoulding, and the preparation method of the isolating membrane comprises the following steps: firstly, brushing a layer of polyurethane release agent on the inner surface of a shaping mould; brushing a layer of silicone rubber; after the silicone rubber layer is solidified and forms a thin membrane with the thickness of 3 mm, brushing a layer of polyurethane release agent on the thin membrane again, so as to form three isolating layers between the explosive and the surface of the mould. The demoulding method disclosed by the invention is easy and feasible, and the large-sized explosive part can be separated from the mould and prevented from being adhered to the mould.
