The main points of the technical scheme are that firstly, ingredients of pyroclastic rock carbonization soil are stirred and extruded into sheet-shaped particles, the sheet-shaped particles are subjected to carbonizing treatment and pyroclastic rock carbonization soil is obtained. Then the ingredients of pyroclastic rock carbonization nutrition soil are subjected to granulation and disinfection, and packaging into pyroclastic rock carbonization nutrition soil is carried out. The pyroclastic rock carbonization nutrition soil is composed of pyroclastic rock, activated clay waste residues, peat, attapulgite, bentonite, zeolite, waste, vermiculite, diammonium phosphate, perlite, ferrous sulphate and super-absorbent resins. The pyroclastic rock carbonization nutrition soil contains a lot of nitrogen, phosphor, potassium, organic matters and trace elements, and is a nontoxic, aseptic, harmless high-quality nutrition soil with complete nutrition ingredients, high fertilizer efficiency, no foul smell and good water retention performance.
