Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a degradation method for organic matters in metal waste liquid. The degradation method comprises the following steps that step 1, the metal waste liquid is pumped into a reaction vessel, next, a hydrogen dioxide solution and a ferrous sulphate solution are added into the reaction vessel, afterwards, the reaction vessel is closed, and the pressure inside the reaction vessel is raised to 1.0-1.2 MPa; step 2, a cooling water circulating device is started so that the temperature inside the reaction vessel can be controlled to be 45-65 DEG C for degradation reaction; step 3, liquid in the reaction vessel is poured into a waste liquid collection and storage tank after the reaction is over, and then degraded metal waste liquid is obtained. According to the degradation method, the rate of Fenton oxidative degradation performed inside the airtight reaction vessel under high-pressure conditions reaches 90%-95%. |
