Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an amplitude-variation pulley gear of a dynamic compactor. The amplitude-variation pulley gear comprises a driving pulley, a fixed pulley assembly, and a movable pulley assembly connected with the fixed pulley assembly through a flexible rope, wherein the rotating axis of the fixed pulley of the fixed pulley assembly, the rotating axis of the driving pulley, and the rotating axis of the movable pulley of the movable pulley assembly are horizontally arranged. As the rotating axis of the fixed pulley of the fixed pulley assembly, the rotating axis of the driving pulley, and the rotating axis of the movable pulley of the movable pulley assembly are horizontally arranged, when a pounder is released, a cantilever crane rebounds, the flexible rope is butted against the driving pulley, the fixed pulley and the movable pulley when moving up and down to avoid the situation that the flexible rope slides down from the driving pulley, the fixed pulley and the movable pulley. Therefore, the amplitude-variation pulley gear provided by the invention improves the working efficiency of the dynamic compactor. The invention further discloses the dynamic compactor comprising the amplitude-variation pulley gear.
