Production process for plastic toys

The invention discloses a production process for plastic toys and belongs to the technical field of processing and treating of plastic toys. The production process for the plastic toys comprises the following production steps: (1), crushing plastic particles in a crushing machine; (2) screening the crushed plastic particles crushed in the step (1) by using a particle screening mesh; (3) putting the plastic particles treated in the step (2) into a stirring machine, adding a toner, an antistatic agent, an anti-aging agent and an anti-ultraviolet agent, and fully stirring for 40-50 minutes by positively and reversely rotating in the stirring machine to obtain plastic powder; (4) putting the stirred plastic powder into a toy mould, putting the toy mould on a frame, then putting the frame into a rotational molding furnace, and dissolving and molding the plastic powder in the toy mould; (5) de-molding the toy plastic; and (6) trimming and finishing the plastic toys. The method is advanced and scientific; the plastic toys manufactured by the method are uniform in wall thickness and free of corner waste; the plastic toys with relatively large wall thickness range can be molded; the plastic toys are durable in use and free of fadeness.
