Fixed column strips are arranged on the two sides of the fixed mold plate, and a spherical paraffin forming groove is formed in the middle of the fixed mold plate and is a semispherical groove; mold cores and movable column strips are arranged on the movable mold plate; the size of the hole diameter of the mold cores on the two sides on the movable mold plate is larger than the diameter of the fixed column strips on the fixed mold plate by 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm; the size of the hole diameter of the mold core in the middle of the movable mold plate is larger than the diameter of the movable column strips on the movable mold plate by 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm; a semispherical groove is formed in one side of each movable column strip; and the diameter of the semispherical grooves is consistent with the diameter of the corresponding semispherical grooves in the fixed mold plate. The device has the beneficial effects that a tissue sample can be successfully sealed in paraffin, and meanwhile, liquid-stage samples and the like of an enzyme system are sealed in the paraffin; and the device is simple and easy to operate.
