The frequency converter comprises the numerical control machine tool, a motor, a frequency converter body and a machine tool controller. The motor, the frequency converter body and the machine tool controller are all arranged on the numerical control machine tool; the frequency converter body is connected with the motor and the machine tool controller through signal wire interfaces; the numerical control machine tool comprises a workbench, a female die, a plate workpiece, a male die, a sliding block, a connecting rod, a crankshaft, a brake, a big belt wheel, a triangle belt, the motor, a transmission shaft, a small gear, a big gear and a clutch; the female die is arranged on the workbench; the plate workpiece is arranged on the female die; a driving shaft of the motor is connected with the belt. The frequency converter can track the current operation frequency of the motor automatically under the condition that the motor is in operation, and the motor can start and stop suddenly; the motor can be started smoothly without failures in the inertial operation process, and the safety performance of a punching machine is greatly improved; various complex working condition requirements can be met through various flexible control modes. |
