Zusammenfassung:Provided is a comprehensive utilization method for Yellow River sediment. Impurity removal and classification are conducted on the Yellow River sediment with sediment screening equipment. The Yellow River sediment has three grades. The grain size of the upper layer sediment is larger than or equal to 40-60 mesh, and used as the sediment of commercial concrete material or the foundry industry. The grain size of the middle layer sediment is between 40-60 mesh and 80-120 mesh, and used for making aerated concrete bricks or material for external wall insulation. The grain size of the lower layer sediment is smaller than or equal to 80-120 mesh, and used for making the aerated concrete bricks. According to the comprehensive utilization method, the Yellow River sediment is classified into different grain size grades and then used according to the grain sizes respectively, so that the comprehensive utilization rate of the Yellow River sediment is improved, and the quality of Yellow River sediment products is improved. The invention further provides the screening equipment for the Yellow River sediment which is capable of directly conducting wet process screening classification on the Yellow River sediment pumped out by a sand pumping vessel. The screening equipment for the Yellow River sediment is high in screening efficiency, large in daily output, simple in structure, and low in production cost.
