Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a coupling lubricating agent for a rectum B-ultrasonic examination on a large livestock as well as a preparation method and an application method. The invention provides a coupling agent which is suitable for the rectum B-ultrasonic examination for the large livestock. The coupling lubricating agent is prepared from 10 to 15 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 2 to 4 parts by weight of cocoanut fatty acid diethanolamide as well as other raw materials. The invention also relates the relevant preparation method and application method. The coupling lubricating agent is suitable for the rectum examination and particularly suitable for the rectum B-ultrasonic examination of the large livestock such as donkeys, horses, cattle and the like.
