Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a copper-based human albumin nano-composite with a near infrared thermal effect as well as a preparation method and an application of the copper-based human albumin nano-composite. Growth of an inorganic copper-based nano-composite is induced by controlling the protein concentration, the concentration of a copper salt, the pH of a reaction solution, the reaction time and the reaction temperature; and the copper-based nano structure of a copper sulphate or copper selenide-coated nano composite employing human albumin as a skeleton is synthesized. The copper-based human albumin nano-composite with the near infrared thermal effect has the characteristics of good dispersity, good light stability, high photothermal conversion efficiency, good in-vivo tumor targeting property and the like, and can be applied to photothermal therapy; and efficient heat removal of tumors is realized. |
