Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a coupling body (1, 31) for a synchronisation device of a motor vehicle, comprising a substantially annular main body (3, 33), coupling teeth (7, 37) formed on the outer circumference (5) of the main body (3, 33), and a collar (17, 37), which extends circumferentially along the inner circumference (13, 35) of the main body (3, 33) and is divided into partial segments (15, 39). The partial segments (15, 39) are axially offset at the respective end segments (21, 43) thereof in order to define the axial position of an intermediate synchronising ring of the synchronisation device. The invention further relates to a method for producing a coupling body (1, 31) for a synchronisation device of a motor vehicle.
