The invention relates to switch equipment as well as an operating handle and a switch cabinet thereof. A door panel of the switch cabinet of the switch equipment is provided with an operating hole through which the operating handle passes, an operating rod of the operating handle is provided with a coupling member matched with the corresponding structure in the switch cabinet, and a blocking matching structure for blocking the operating handle from moving backwards is arranged behind the coupling member; a blocking device matched with the operating handle and used for preventing the operating handle from slipping out of the switch cabinet is arranged on the switch cabinet, and the blocking device comprises a blocking member matched with the blocking matching structure on the operating handle and a driving member for driving the blocking member to move; and the blocking member is provided with an unlocking position for inserting or extracting the operating handle into or from the operating hole of the switch cabinet and a locking position for blocking the operating handle from moving backwards and from slipping out of the switch cabinet. The operating handle can be prevented from slipping out of the switch cabinet to harm an operator when the switch equipment is subjected to an accidental arc, so that the operation safety of the switch equipment is improved.
