Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a panoramic image acquisition method and device. The method comprises the steps that at least two first images are acquired; the background image and the foreground image of the first images are extracted; a first overlapping image and a first non-overlapping image formed by the background images of the at least two first images are confirmed, and a second overlapping image and a second non-overlapping image formed by the foreground images of the at least two first images are confirmed; the first overlapping image is segmented so that multiple first segmentation sub-images are obtained, and the second overlapping image is segmented so that multiple second segmentation sub-images are obtained; a first splicing sub-image is selected for each first segmentation sub-image, and a second splicing sub-image is selected for each second segmentation sub-image; the first splicing sub-images are spliced so that a target background image is obtained, and the second splicing sub-images are spliced so that a target foreground image is obtained; and the target background image, the target foreground image, the first non-overlapping image and the second non-overlapping image are synthesized so that a high-resolution target panoramic image is obtained.
