The method comprises the following steps: receiving a mood tag input by a user terminal; according to a corresponding relationship between a preset mood tag and a page, looking up the page corresponding to the received mood tag; and recommending the found page to the user terminal. Since the page recommendation method and device can recommend the corresponding page according to the mood of a user, so that required network resources can be quickly and effectively found, and time and electric quantities are saved so as to be favorable for prolonging the time of endurance of a mobile terminal.
