Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a semiconductor laser device temperature control system and a control method thereof. The semiconductor laser device temperature control system comprises a temperature sampling circuit which is connected with a semiconductor laser device, an A/D converter which is connected with the temperature sampling circuit, a keyboard control module, a display module, an alarm module, a single-chip microcomputer system, and a TEC temperature control chip and a TEC drive circuit which are connected. The A/D converter, the keyboard control, the alarm module, the display module and the TEC drive circuit are connected onto the single-chip microcomputer system. The temperature sampling circuit acquires temperature information of a controlled object and then transmits the temperature information to the single-chip microcomputer system via the A/D converter. The single-chip microcomputer system processes the temperature information and outputs a PWM signal duty ratio and transmits the PWM signal duty ratio to the TEC drive circuit to generate the required control information to drive the TEC temperature control chip to work. With combination of single-chip microcomputer control, the TEC temperature control chip is driven to work by utilizing the TEC drive circuit, and temperature automatic control is realized via a dual PID series control algorithm from the aspect of algorithm. The semiconductor laser device temperature control system is high in degree of automation, high in temperature control precision, great in safety performance and convenient to operate.
