Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an ultrasonic flaw detection data acquisition device and method based on digital IO ports. The device is mainly composed of a user side, a lower computer board card and an ultrasonic transceiving board. The system framework based on the user side, the lower computer and the transceiving board is adopted for the device, and therefore the number of achievement routes of the acquisition method is large, and the reconfigurability and replaceability of all parts are high. Signal acquisition of a digital input port and a digital output port is adopted, the logic is simple and clear, the software and hardware structure is simple, and the platform resource consumption is low. An A9233 chip is adopted as an AD sampling chip, wherein the highest sampling frequency is 100 M. The device comprises four ultrasonic trigger and acquisition passageways, and therefore detection can be achieved through four probes at the same time, data of four channels can be acquired at the same time, and the detection speed is high. First in first out data caches of the specification of 32 K and 8 Bits are adopted, and therefore the performance of a system is not influenced by speeds of IO ports. Detected data are saved through the TDMS data format, the storage speed is high, and reliability is high. |
