The device comprises a dark box casing, a light source fixing bracket, a light source electric control device, a lens, an attenuation window, an ultraviolet spectrum detection component and a host processor. According to the invention, no stray light enters after the dark box casing is closed, a detected light source is fixed by an installation structure, appropriate adjustment can be carried out on a detected lamp through a screw and a pressing piece, the lens and the attenuation window are used in a matched mode according to different intensity of the light source, detection data is processed by a computer processor, and test results such that whether the light source has impurities or not and impurity elements are confirmed and the like can be given out directly.
