Method for controlling color aberration of paint coating of diesel engine by use of color difference meter

The invention discloses a method for controlling color aberration of the paint coating of a diesel engine by use of a color difference meter. The method comprises the following steps: 1, adding a diluting agent to paint used for paint coating of the diesel engine according to technical requirements for mediating and stirring uniformly, spraying the paint on a 50*120 mm tinplate by use of an air spray gun for manufacturing a paint coating standard color plate, according to the color of the paint, respectively spraying paint coating thickness of standard color plates with various colors, setting a color coordinate value of the standard color plate, measured by use of the color difference meter, to be a color standard value, at the same time, also setting an error-allowing scope of the paint coating color standard value, and controlling color aberration of the paint used for paint spraying of the diesel engine through digitalization of the colors of the paint according to a CIE1976Lab color coordinate system; and 2, comparing a paint coating color coordinate value to be detected with the color coordinate value of the standard color plate to enable each paint coating color coordinate value to be within the error-allowing scope of the color standard value. By using the method provided by the invention, color consistency of the paint used for spraying the diesel engine and color consistency of the paint coatings of various components of diesel engines in two colors are effectively guaranteed.
