Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a testing device and a testing method for a gun barrel of a perforating gun. The testing device comprises a mechanical sensor, a super dynamic strain meter, a stress meter, a charge amplifier, a multichannel data acquisition device and an oscilloscope, wherein the mechanical sensor is arranged on the gun barrel of the perforating gun, and is used for measuring changes of dynamic strain, dynamic stress and shockwave overpressure of the wall surface of the gun barrel, and a change of acceleration of the gun barrel; the super dynamic strain meter is connected with the mechanical sensor and is used for outputting strain testing data; the stress meter is connected with the mechanical sensor and is used for outputting stress testing data; the charge amplifier is connected with the mechanical sensor and is used for outputting pressure testing information and acceleration testing data; the multichannel data acquisition device is connected with the super dynamic strain meter, the stress meter and the charge amplifier, so as to acquire data output by the super dynamic strain meter, the stress meter and the charge amplifier; and the oscilloscope is connected with the multichannel data acquisition device and is used for displaying the data acquired by the multichannel data acquisition device in an oscillogram. The testing device and the testing method are used for carrying out dynamical response testing of the gun barrel of the perforating gun under explosive loading.
