Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a biomass briquette hot blast heater of a grain drying machine. The biomass briquette hot blast heater comprises an airtight cuboid hot blast heater body. A flame-retardant wall, a dust precipitation wall and a grate are arranged in the middle of the hot blast heater body. The grate is arranged on the upper edge of the flame-retardant wall and the upper edge of a slag discharging door. A combustion chamber is formed between the flame-retardant wall and the front wall of the hot blast heater body. The dust precipitation wall is arranged between the flame-retardant wall and the rear wall of the hot blast heater body so that a first dust precipitation chamber and a second dust precipitation chamber can be formed. A ventilation hole is formed in the lower portion of the dust precipitation wall. The lower portion of the rear wall of the hot blast heater body is communicated with a draught fan and is provided with a cold air baffle and a hot air baffle. The upper portion of the flame-retardant wall is provided with a secondary air inlet pipe. A plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the secondary air inlet pipe. The air outlet holes are communicated with air outlet pipes arranged on the flame-retardant wall. One end of the secondary air inlet pipe is communicated with an air outlet of the draught fan through a communicating pipe. According to the biomass briquette hot blast heater of the grain drying machine, fuel combustion is sufficient, the heat efficiency is high, combusted particles are blown to the front wall of the hot blast heater body, so that the purpose of dust and smoke removing is achieved, and the temperature and the volume of generated hot air can be adjusted. |
