Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an air channel assembly and a refrigerator provided with the above air channel assembly.The air channel assembly is provided with an air channel and a front air channel cover plate forming on the front side of the air channel. The front air channel cover plate is provided with multiple first air outlets which laterally discharge air and are communicated with the air channel, and flow-guide ribs forming among the multiple first air outlets. The multiple first air outlets are arrayed annularly. Extending lines, in proximity to the outer edge sides of the first air outlets, of the multiple flow-guide ribs are arrayed in a spiral shape. The refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body with compartments. The air channel assembly is arranged on the refrigerator body. The multiple first air outlets in the air channel assembly are communicated with the air channel and the compartments.
