Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a hydrodynamic cavitation device for intensifying delignification of straw raw materials. The device comprises a base, a motor, a coupler, a cylindrical stator, a rotor, a material inlet and a material outlet. The specific structure and connecting relationship of the device are as follows: the motor and the cylindrical stator are fixedly arranged on the base, the rotor is mounted in the cylindrical stator, the shaft of the motor is connected with the shaft of the rotor through the coupler, the material inlet and the material outlet are formed on the cylindrical stator, the rotor is cylindrical, and a plurality of pits are formed on the surface of the rotor. The device further comprises a storage tank, a conveying pump and a heat exchanger, wherein the outlet of the storage tank is connected with the inlet of the conveying pump, the outlet of the conveying pump is connected with the material inlet, and the material outlet is connected to the storage tank through the heat exchanger. The device provided by the invention realizes the purpose of pulping the straw raw materials at normal temperature and normal pressure, has the advantages of being low in energy consumption, low in chemical consumption and low in pollution, and is high in slurry paper strength and suitable for producing packaging paper level slurry which is good in strength property. |
