The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly anti-yellowing polyester DTY oiling agent and a preparation method thereof. The environmentally-friendly anti-yellowing polyester DTY oiling agent consists of, by weight, 80%-92% of smoothing agent, 5%-10% of emulgator, 2%-7% of tow collecting agent and 1%-3% of antistatic agent. The polyester DTY oiling agent is transparent, colorless, tasteless, non-toxic and harmless and does not yellow. The polyester DTY oiling agent is used in a high-speed elasticity-enhancing process, enables spinnability to be good, enables broken ends and broken filaments to be little, and the rate of superior products can be obviously improved under the same process conditions. The environmentally-friendly anti-yellowing polyester DTY oiling agent is good in washability, even in dyeing, good in tow collection property and excellent in winding formation and antistatic property and enables post processing to be smooth. Fiber products produced by means of the environmentally-friendly anti-yellowing polyester DTY oiling agent are long in storage time, fibers do not yellow in the long-distance transportation, and the environmentally-friendly anti-yellowing polyester DTY oiling agent does not bring environment pollution and is non-toxic and harmless to human bodies.
