Digital leveling-control system of drawing frame

The invention discloses a digital leveling-control system of a drawing frame, relating to the field of automatic control. The digital leveling-control system comprises an embossing roller (1) and drawing rollers (4). The embossing roller (1) is electrically connected with a displacement sensor (2) used for sensing thickness of cotton sliver. The displacement sensor (2) is electrically connected with a leveling controller (3). The leveling controller (3) is electrically connected with a servo motor controller and a speed sensor (6) used for sensing sliver-delivery speed. The leveling controller (3) is used for receiving signals of the displacement sensor (2) and the speed sensor (6) and outputting A-phase and B-phase orthogonal pulse signals by means of internally-embedded leveling algorithm. The servo motor controller is used for receiving an output signal of the leveling controller (3) and converting the output signal into speed and steering instruction signals and sending to a servo motor for controlling the drawing rollers (4). The digital leveling-control system of the drawing frame has following beneficial effects: without limitation of communication rate, the digital leveling-control system is low in cost; and problems including susceptibility of analog transfer to interference and zero draft are overcome.
