Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of making a yarn supply when exchanging wound bobbin for empty tube on spinning machine workstation, particularly on a semiautomatic rotor spinning machine wherein the invented method is characterized in that after stopping the winding-up motion (4) and interrupting the spun yarn (2) in front of the winding-up motion (4), the spun yarn (2) is drawn into a vacuum doffing nozzle (7). After exchange of the wound bobbin (44) for an empty tube (42), the spun yarn (2) is transferred by the doffing nozzle (7) to the winding-up motion (4), where the yarn is caught by a tooth (422) of the winding-up motion disk (421) causing thus breakage of the yarn. The yarn (2) free end is then sucked into the doffing nozzle (7) and winding of the yarn (21) supply onto the tube (42) starts. After transfer of the doffing nozzle (7) to the winding-up motion (4), the doffing nozzle (7) assumes a parking position, in which the spun yarn (2) is guided outside the yarn (2) distributing device, the yarn (2) is caught and broken by the tooth (422) of the winding-up motion (4), and a signal about the winding start of the yarn (2) supply is sent to a control unit (8), whereby during winding of the yarn (2) supply, the yarn (2) is guided via a deflector (61) arranged in the workstation and the winding of the yarn (2) supply terminates after a predetermined time interval by the release of the yarn (2) from the deflector (61) to the distributing device (43). The invention also relates to a device for making a yarn (2) supply. |
