Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of sugar preparation, particularly a method for carbonating and clarifying a sugar mill secondary press juice by using calcium bicarbonate, which comprises the following steps: (1) heating a secondary press juice to 55-75 DEG C; (2) adding 120-500 ppm of calcium bicarbonate into the heated secondary press juice; (3) adding lime milk into the calcium-bicarbonate-added secondary press juice until the pH value is 8.5-10.5; (4) clarifying the secondary press juice with the pH value of 8.0-10.5 by floatation to obtain a floating sludge juice and a clear juice; (5) heating the floating paste juice to 75-85 DEG C; (6) filtering the heated floating paste juice by a filter press to obtain filtered sludge and a filtered juice; and (7) mixing the clear juice and filtered juice to clarify the secondary press juice. The calcium bicarbonate is utilized to carbonate and clarify the sugar mill secondary press juice to combine the primary press juice/secondary press juice shunted clarifying technique with the semi-carbon technique, thereby enhancing the cane juice clarifying efficiency of the sugar mill and further enhancing the international competition capability of the Chinese sugar cane sugar preparation industry.
