Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and relates to a multiplex nucleic acid detecting probe and a detecting method, in particular to a multiplex nucleic acid detecting probe and a detecting method based on a real-time fluorescence PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technology and a probe method melting curve technology. The invention also relates to application of the probe or the method on multiplex nucleic acid detection. The probe which is designed according to a melting curve reaction program is added in a reaction system based on a real-time fluorescence PCR technology, the corresponding detecting method is provided, and the number of samples which can be detected in the same reaction system can be twice greater than the number of samples which can be detected on the basis of a real-time fluorescence PCR technology.
