The high-strength silicone rubber compound comprises, by weight, 50-80 parts of raw silicone rubber, 20-30 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-5 parts of nano-zirconia, 2-6 parts of clay, 10-15 parts of polyacrylate, 0.5-3 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel, 5-15 parts of vinyl end silicone oil, 1-2 parts of zinc stearate, 2-5 parts of cross-linking agents and 0.1-0.5 part of inhibitor. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-strength silicone rubber compound. The silicone rubber compound is good in heat resisting performance, excellent in impact resisting performance, high in strength, large in elasticity, high in adhesive property, simple in preparation method and low in cost.
