Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a thermally conductive insulating flame retardant nylon alloy used for an LED (light-emitting diode) and a preparation method thereof, aiming to solve the problems that plastics are adopted as LED insulating materials in existing methods and have poorer thermal conductivity while the existing high thermal conductivity plastics filled by adopting carbon or graphite packing have poorer insulating properties. The nylon alloy comprises the following components by weight percent: 5-80% of first nylon resin, 5-75% of magnesium oxide, 1-30% of flame retardants, 0.1-1.5% of antioxidant, 0.1-3% of lubricating agents and 1-15% of compatilizers. The nylon alloy is a polymer material with good thermal conductivity, insulating property, aging resistance and flame retardance and can be used for producing LED lamp radiators instead of metals. Experimental results show that the nylon alloy has higher tensile strength, elongation at break, bending strength, elastic modulus, notch impact strength and thermal conductivity coefficient and better insulating property and flame retardance, has the effect of effectively solving the problems of existing materials and has a better application prospect. |
