Liquid permeable crystalline waterproof material and production process thereof

The present invention belongs to a liquid permeable crystalline waterproof material and a production process thereof. The liquid permeable crystalline waterproof material is prepared by the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25-35% of methylpentane; 5.5-8% of dimethyl diethoxy silane; 8-12% of dibromoethane; 10-15% of isobutanol; 5-8% of polyvinyl alcohol; 0.5-1% of sodium acetate; 10-15% of a sodium hydroxide solution; 6.5-8% of sodium silicate; 1.5-2.5% of dibutyl naphthalene sulphonate; 0.5-1% of methylenebis naphthalene sulfonate; 0.25-0.5% of polyacrylamide; 0.2-0.5% of dibutyl; 0.05-0.1% of a de-foaming agent; and 10-15% of deionized water. The liquid permeable crystalline waterproof material provided by the present invention is an environmental friendly material which is good in waterproof effect, simple in a production process, simple and quick in construction, free from dust and garbage, and harmless to human bodies.
