Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses a rubber granule modification method which comprises the following steps: 1) taking 50 parts of 1% KH-560 solution, and regulating the pH value to 5-6 with acetic acid; 2) taking 4-6 parts of urea, 1-2 parts of sucrose, 0.5 part of sodium dichromate, 1-2 parts of magnesium sulfate and 1 part of kaolin (1250#), uniformly mixing, and dissolving in a right amount of water; and 3) mixing the solutions obtained in the steps 1) and 2), adding 30-50 parts of sodium silicate, uniformly mixing, uniformly stirring with a right amount of rubber granule to moisten the rubber granule surface, and treating for 15-25 minutes. The invention also discloses a high-impact-resistance wear-resistant rubber concrete, which is prepared by substituting equal volume of 10-20% of sand with the rubber granule obtained by the modification method. The method for treating the rubber concrete can effectively enhance the compression strength and splitting tensile strength and greatly enhance the impact resistance and wear resistance. |
