The invention relates to a sewage treatment apparatus. The sewage treatment apparatus comprises a body; the upper end of the body is provided with a blanking hopper; a baffle plate is arranged at the central part of the blanking hopper; a stirring chamber is arranged at the lower end of the blanking hopper; a horizontal stirring arm is mounted in the central part of the stirring chamber; a belt wheel is mounted on the left end of the horizontal stirring arm; the horizontal stirring arm is provided with a plurality of stirring blades; a separation chamber is arranged at the lower end of the stirring chamber; an adjusting separator plate is arranged between the stirring chamber and the separation chamber; the upper end of the separation chamber is provided with a filter sieve, and the lower end of the separation chamber is provided with a permeable membrane; and a sewage draining outlet is arranged between the permeable membrane and the filter sieve and is provided with an adjusting switch. The sewage treatment apparatus can effectively filter out and remove large and tiny impurities in sewage, thereby realizing a sewage separation function, can effectively coordinate with and improve a subsequent sewage purification device, improves work efficiency, has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, and is economic and practical.
