Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for producing sodium fluorosilicate through comprehensive utilization of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid tail gas and phosphoric acid tail gas. The method includes the following steps that the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid tail gas is mixed with alkaline liquor to prepare sodium sulfite, and the sodium sulfite is oxidized into sodium sulfate; the phosphoric acid tail gas is mixed with water to prepare a fluosilicic acid aqueous solution; the fluosilicic acid aqueous solution and the sodium sulfate solution are mixed and reacted for 40-120 min at the temperature at which a curing reaction can happen, centrifuging is carried out, and the sodium fluorosilicate is obtained. The production method solves the problem about comprehensive utilization of sulfite produced by a sulfuric acid system and fluosilicic acid produced by a phosphoric acid system, and recycling of SO2 and fluoride is effectively achieved. |
