Ground transportation tool with restraint system

The invention relates to a ground transportation tool. The ground transportation tool is provided with a bearing part and a driving part. A tiller which is provided with a tiller head and can swing around the vertical axis is arranged on the upper side of the driving part. A turnable standing platform is arranged on the side, away from the bearing part, of the driving part. A restraint system is provided with two swingable restraint arms, and the space of the standing platform is restrained by the two restraint arms from side faces. The restraint arms are supported on the bearing part, can swing around the swing axis extending in the transverse direction of the vertical axis, and are each provided with a segment close to the axis. The segments are in transition with tail end segments. Each tail end segment is provided with a restraint element. Each restraint element is provided with a handle comprising at least two handle areas. One handle area of each restraint element can be held by an operator when the restraint arms are turned down. Moreover, one handle area of each restraint element can be held by the operator when the restraint arms are turned up.
