The mobile handrail (2) is provided with a main body resin portion (5) and a tensile body (7). The tensile body (7) is arranged inside the main body resin portion (5) in the length direction of the main body resin portion (5). And, the tensile body (7) is provided with a resin core (8) and a plurality of subropes (9). The resin core (8) has a melting point which is lower than that of the resin of the main body resin portion (5). The subropes (9) are arranged in the surrounding of the resin core (8) by winding around the resin core (8).
