Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an automatic magnetic core arranging and conveying device. The automatic magnetic core arranging and conveying device comprises a horizontal magnetic core conveying belt. A conveying track is arranged between a discharging port of a magnetic core press machine and the magnetic core conveying belt. Magnetic cores stamped and molded through the magnetic core press machine are conveyed to the magnetic core conveying belt through the conveying track. The magnetic cores are arranged on the magnetic core conveying belt by one row and are continuously and horizontally conveyed. A brush used for removing burrs is further arranged. Bristles of the brush are in contact with the conveyed magnetic cores. A material pushing device is arranged on the part, on one width side, of the tail section of the magnetic core conveying belt, and a discharging platform is arranged on the other side. The material pushing device comprises a push plate and a baffle which are parallel and are vertically arranged. The push plate is close to the side of the material pushing device. The baffle is close to the side of the discharging platform. A material arranging channel for arranging the magnetic cores is formed between the push plate and the baffle. The horizontal action of the push plate is controlled through a horizontal air cylinder, and the baffle is controlled by a lifting air cylinder to rise and fall. According to the automatic magnetic core arranging and conveying device, the deburring efficiency of the magnetic cores is improved, and the magnetic cores can be arranged in order.
