Novel load radial tire bead filler structure

The invention relates to a novel load radial tire bead filler structure which comprises a bead filler which is arranged at tire bead part of a load radial tire from the edge margin to the side part of the tire, wherein the bead filler consists of three rubber materials arrayed according to a sequence; slopes matched with the shapes of the adjacent rubber materials are arranged at the connection parts of the three rubber materials; the hardness of the three rubber materials is reduced according to the sequence from the edge margin to the side part of the tire. According to the technology, the load radial inner-tube-free tire can realize smoother transition from the edge margin with the highest intensity to the tire side with the lowest intensity, so that the possibility of early damage caused by use indentation is reduced, and the service life of the whole tire is prolonged.
