Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a marking device. The marking device comprises a machine table, a backlight unit, marking units and a driving unit. A substrate to be marked is adsorbed and fixed to the machine table. The backlight unit is arranged below the substrate, and backlight for marking the bad area of the substrate is formed. The marking units are moved to the bad area of the substrate for marking under the action of the driving unit. According to the marking device, the marking backlight is designed on the back face of the substrate, backlight signing is carried out on the bad area of the substrate through the backlight unit before marking, and therefore the interference of lasers to the human eyes is reduced. Meanwhile, one-key marking is completed through the cooperation of the marking units, and finally the bad area is precisely marked.
