Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cold plate of a brazing structure. The cold plate comprises a bottom plate and semicircular cooling pipes. A brazing groove matched with the semicircular cooling pipes is formed in the upper portion of the bottom plate. The depth and the width of the brazing groove are larger than or equal to the thickness of the semicircular cooling pipes. The opening ends of the semicircular cooling pipes are arranged in the brazing groove and brazed to the bottom plate together. Due to the fact that the brazing groove is formed in the welding position of the cold plate and the semicircular cooling pipes, soldering fluid cannot flow away in the welding process and can be heated overall in welding, welding is firm, and the sealing effect of welding joints is good. The invention further relates to a manufacturing method of the cold plate of the brazing structure.
