The invention belongs to the technical field of beneficiation crushers, and particularly relates to a heat preservation and heating system and method adopted before preassembling of a liner plate of a crusher dynamic cone. The system comprises a heat preservation cover, a temperature sensor, a heating device and a temperature control box. A sensor mounting hole and two symmetric resin infusion holes are formed in the heat preservation cover, and the resin infusion holes are communicated with injection holes reserved in the conical-barrel-shaped liner plate of the crusher dynamic cone. The heating device is composed of cross bottom frames, a round bottom plate, a set of guiding and limiting plates, a heating lamp holder and a set of radiation heating lamps, and the guiding and limiting plates are evenly distributed. The heat preservation cover is composed of a heat preservation layer and an outer shell. Iodine-tungsten lamps are adopted as heating elements to carry out heat radiation heating on the interior of the conical-barrel-shaped liner plate, heating temperature of the conical-barrel-shaped liner plate is even, and the temperature can be freely adjusted; and heat preservation measures are taken on the conical-barrel-shaped liner plate, it is guaranteed that the conical-barrel-shaped liner plate is replaced in an efficient and energy-saving manner under low-temperature environment, and meanwhile resin solidification time is shortened.
