Green and environmental-friendly method for preparing polysilsesquioxane microspheres

The invention relates to a green and environmental-friendly method for preparing polysilsesquioxane microspheres. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding one or a mixture of more of compounds with the structure formula of R1Si(OR2)3 into an acidic solution with the pH of 2-5, and stirring the mixture till the solution is clear; (2) adding alkali into a reaction liquid in the step (1), adjusting the pH to 8-9, uniformly stirring the mixture, and leaving the mixture to stand if stirring is stopped for polymerization; and (3) filtering the filter liquid in the step (2), wherein a filter cake is a white solid which is the polysilsesquioxane microspheres; and carrying out post-treatment on the obtained filtrate I and repeatedly using the filtrate. The polysilsesquioxane microspheres obtained have good spherical shapes, and are regular in shape, narrow in distribution and excellent in performance. Moreover, a waste liquid generated in a preparation process is treated by the method and recycled for many times, and the quality of the polysilsesquioxane microspheres can be stilled ensured.
