The white mud-gypsum method wet flue gas desulfurization device comprises a limestone powder bin, a slurry pot, absorption towers and a white mud slurrying pool; the limestone powder bin is connected with the slurry pot through limestone powder feeding pipelines; the slurry pot is connected with the absorption towers through slurry pot discharging pipelines; the white mud slurrying pool is connected with the slurry pot through white mud slurrying pool discharging pipelines and the absorption towers; filter screens are arranged in the middle of the interior of the white mud slurrying pool, and the filter screens divide the white mud slurrying pool into a feeding bin and a discharging bin; the feeding bin and the discharging bin are each connected with a stirring device; the discharging bin is connected with the white mud slurrying pool discharging pipelines, and the white mud slurrying pool discharging pipelines are each provided with a white mud slurry discharge pump.
