Treatment method and apparatus of dimethyl sulfoxide production tail gas

The invention relates to waste gas treatment techniques and provides a treatment method of dimethyl sulfoxide production tail gas. The treatment method includes: A, cooling the tail gas, condensing methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide and methyl alcohol into mixed solution A, and keeping most hydrogen sulfide gaseous; B, mixing the mixed solution A and water, and separating the methyl alcohol easily soluble in water so as to obtain mixed solution B; C, stripping hydrogen sulfide in the mixed solution B so as to obtain mixed solution C; D, heating the mixed solution C to be gaseous, absorbing the hydrogen sulfide in mixed gas through a desulfurizing agent, and performing fine desulfurization; and E, introducing gas obtained in the step D into sodium hydroxide solution, and absorbing the methyl mercaptan to obtain disulfide methyl ether gas. A treatment apparatus of the dimethyl sulfoxide production tail gas is further provided; the treatment apparatus comprises a cooler, a methyl alcohol extraction column, a striping desulfurizing column, a heater, an absorption desulfurizing reactor and an absorption column communicated in order through a pipeline. The treatment method and apparatus is capable of recovering various components in the tail gas, economic benefit is increased, and environmental pollution is decreased.
